We are looking for a talented LGS ASSOCIATE LEVEL IV to join our specialized LOGISTICS team for our CUMMINS facility in JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA.
In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:
- Team work with clients.
- Preparation of reports.
- Gathers, compiles, verifies and analyzes information for management use in documents.
- Analysis of movements (physical vs. system).
- Support for meetings with management and A3.
- Support for finance audits.
- Cycle counting support.
- Inventory audit support.
- Ensure compliance with inventory procedure.
- Perform accurate cycle counts of assigned locations.
- Supports with the investigation process to resolve inventory issues.
- Perform various tasks using independent judgment and discretion, such as preparing documents and presentation materials, reviewing and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries and phone calls, drafting letters and official communications, arranging and attending meetings, taking and distributing minutes.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of inventory discrepancy research and follow-up.
- Knowledge in the area of logistics and inventory control.
- Extensive knowledge of CTPAT / AEO.
- Experience in annual physical inventories.
- Management of continuous process improvement (Savings, simplification of operations). Experience in finished product shipments.
- Advanced knowledge in Oracle and Blueyonder system.
- Intermediate Office.
- Intermediate English.
- 2nd shift
- Excellent punctuality and attendance record in the last 12 months (No warnings or suspensions).

Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
