DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Cummins Inc. facility in Shoreview, MN.
Job Summary:
Acts as an extension of senior management ensuring a positive customer experience while being the representative of senior management to others. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, overseeing visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests.

• Seamless Travel Coordination: Your meticulous arrangement of travel plans, including handling expense reports and visa/passport requirements, guarantees smooth and hassle-free trips for senior management.
• Accurate Information Management: Gathering, compiling, verifying, and analyzing information for various documents ensures that senior management has reliable data for decision-making and communication.
• Effective Communication: Facilitating smooth interactions between senior management, coworkers, and external parties helps maintain strong relationships and clear communication channels.
• Confidentiality and Security: By maintaining the security and confidentiality of management's records and files, you protect sensitive information and uphold trust within the organization.
• Budget Oversight: Monitoring, reviewing, and approving standard expenditures ensures that office activities stay within budget, contributing to the financial health of the organization.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
• High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience is required
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
Experience:
• Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Compensation (for United States)
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The
final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's
qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
As noted above, this person will plan and book travel both Domestic and complicated international travel. This person is expected to navigate Am Ex travel, CBIT, Concur, Corp shuttle travel, and government travel websites to best plan travel.
This person will need high organizational skills to manage schedule complications in Microsoft Outlook, and work collaboratively with others to schedule meaningful meetings. Further, this person will be required to organization team and organization information using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft One Note, Sharepoint, and creation and use of email groups.
This person will assist in making organizational communication and maintaining communication email lists for various purposes.
This person may be asked to manage multiple senior leader calendars and travel.
