DESCRIPTION
Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function, or other organizational leader/group. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support : Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and address routine to complex information requests.
- Data Management : Gather, compile, and verify information; accurately enter data into reports, presentations, forms, and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
- Documentation : Complete data collection, data entry, and report generation on various departmental activities.
- Communication : Prepare correspondence, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, and schedule meetings.
- Inquiry Response : Respond to or redirect routine to complex inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization/department, its activities, or processes.
- Payment Processing : Prepare documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers, and other third parties; submit documentation and enter payment requests into the accounting system; respond to inquiries from accounts payable and payees.
- Policy Maintenance : Document and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
- Team Participation : Participate as a team member on departmental business improvement assignments and projects as needed.
- Additional Duties : Perform other routine to complex administrative activities as needed per the established procedures of the organization and/or department.
- Mentorship : Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Qualifications:
- Education : High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Licenses/Certifications : This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Experience:
- Engine & Genset Knowledge : Basic understanding, teardown, and component knowledge.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting : Fault code analysis, ECM, sensors, and wiring diagrams.
- Software Proficiency : Experience with INSITE, InPower, Guidanz, QuickServe, and data logging tools.
- Technical Documentation : Familiarity with service catalogs, parts manuals, and SOPs.
- Regulatory Compliance : Knowledge of EPA, SAE, NFPA, and OSHA standards.
- Work Requirements : Must be open to night and rotational shifts starting at 5 PM IST or 8 PM IST.
- Preferred Qualification : Engineering background is an advantage.
- Experience : Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
