DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate - Level III - Manufacturing to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Manning, SC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Efficient Data Management : By accurately gathering, compiling, and entering data into reports, presentations, and databases, you'll ensure that information is reliable and accessible for decision-making.
  • Research and Reporting : Conducting research and preparing statistical reports will provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making within the team or department.
  • Administrative Support : Handling routine to complex information requests, preparing correspondence, and scheduling meetings will keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service : Responding to or redirecting inquiries promptly and accurately will enhance communication and satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Documentation : Preparing and submitting documentation for payments, and responding to inquiries from accounts payable and payees, will ensure financial processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Policy and Procedure Maintenance : Documenting and maintaining departmental policies and procedures will help ensure consistency and compliance within the organization.
  • Team Collaboration : Participating in business improvement projects and assignments will contribute to the continuous improvement and success of the department.
  • Mentorship : Acting as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience will foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, enhancing overall team performance.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
