We are looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT MANAGER talent, to join our specialized SALES team for our LATIN AMERICA AFTERMARKET department for MEXICO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position you will have an impact by:

  • Developing, managing, and expanding business relationships with assigned accounts by understanding their business model, industry terminology, and purchasing processes.
  • Identifying current and emerging customer needs, designing and executing strategies to grow market share and support new business opportunities.
  • Promoting the benefits of Cummins products and solutions to increase customer value and share of business.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts, addressing customer inquiries, resolving escalations, and aligning expectations regarding accounts receivable, payment terms, and delivery capabilities.
  • Coordinating cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment across sales roles and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and loyalty, implementing initiatives to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
  • Providing accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and insights using Cummins tools, processes, and CRM systems.
  • Developing and executing account sales plans aligned with business strategy, identifying growth opportunities and enhancing customer value.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • University degree in Marketing, Sales, technical or a related subject or an acceptable combination of education and experience required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the industry, including direct interaction with customers or products. Background in aftermarket business, B2B, or B2C environments.
  • Strong experience required with previous customer and/or product experience required. Preferred experience in negotiating commercial or procurement contracts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of data analytics.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Is a plus: Familiarity with Oracle Systems and Experience using Think-Cell.
