The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Director HR Analytics, as the Senior Manager Strategic Talent Analytics, you will will be responsible for leading predictive analytics initiatives that forecast future hiring needs, improve recruitment strategies, and drive the development of talent acquisition best practices across the organization. You will work closely with recruitment teams, talent marketing, business leaders, and HR to align talent strategy with organizational growth and goals. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. #LI-hybrid
The Role:
Predictive Analytics & Forecasting:
- Develop and implement predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate hiring needs based on business growth, turnover trends, market changes, and historical recruitment data.
- Develop actionable insights and ensure that talent acquisition teams are equipped to meet future hiring demands.

Strategic Talent Acquisition Insights:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define KPIs and success metrics for talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to refine and optimize talent sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and candidate pipelines.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and present complex talent acquisition data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and comprehensive reports that communicate key findings and strategic insights to leadership and other stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition Process Optimization:
- Analyze recruitment funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and develop recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and optimize candidate experience.
- Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting channels, candidate selection processes, and diversity initiatives.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Recruiting, Talent Marketing, Leadership Teams, Finance, HR and Businesses to align on recruitment goals predict future hiring needs, optimize processes and improve overall strategy.
- Transfer knowledge to recruiting and HR teams to help them interpret metrics effectively.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce planning or talent/recruitment analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior leadership role with the ability to work cross-functionally on a consistent, global level.
- 3+ years of experience in predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and forecasting in the context of talent acquisition.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment-related platforms (e.g., Workday).
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align data insights with organizational objectives.
