Senior Manager, Medical Operations, Pipeline

The Senior Manager, Medical Operations, Pipeline works with the other Medical functions, in particular TA and Regional teams, to ensure timely execution of business operations including those relating to planning, budget, and execution. This role coordinates and leads the Medical Affairs Strategy Team for their assigned pipeline TA(s).

Responsibilities:

•Lead the implementation and maintenance of global templates for business processes, including annual plans, launch playbooks, budget worksheets in assigned TA(s)

•Maintain current membership, charter, and standing agenda for Medical Affairs Strategy Teams

•Ensure that assigned TA Medical Affairs Strategy Team(s) maintain membership of required functions, meet at defined cadence, and produce planned outputs

•Implement business process calendar across assigned TA(s) to ensure insight generation, evidence generation planning, publication planning, and medical strategy documents are delivered on time and with the appropriate inputs

Qualifications:

•Bachelors degree required; additional certification in project management desirable

•7+ years' relevant experience

•Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, complex project initiatives

•Experience working in matrixed teams

•Strong problem-solving skills, strategic capabilities, project management, planning and organization skills

•Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheets, Gannt charts, budget management
