We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join us as a:

Senior Brand Manager (m/f/x) - Rare Diseases

(Full-time / Permanent / Location: Rome - hybrid role with smart working option)

The Opportunity

As a Senior Brand Manager you will participate in the definition of the strategy of our key brands and ensure their execution at the Italian level. You will design innovative strategies, deploy the brand narrative and support cross-functional teams to cement the brands as market leaders in their category.

The Role

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies and tactical plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and product launches
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and patients needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Create compelling messaging and content for key stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and Scientific Societies
  • Optimize resource allocation in collaboration with the whole Marketing and OCE team
  • Track brand performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure trainings to the field force
  • Develop forecasts and LRPs

Your Skills and Experience:
  • A degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Science, Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy. MBA is a valued plus.
  • Ideally 7+ years of experience working in a marketing role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and driving product growth
  • Excellent project management, analytical and communicational skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies
  • Abitilty to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions
  • Fluency in the local language and English.

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing CSL Vifor Italy.
