Could you be our next Senior Analyst, Global Retirement? This is a hybrid role located in our King of Prussia PA, Holly Springs NC or Summit NJ office. You will report to the Associate Director Global Retirement and Financial Wellness Programs.

CSL is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retirement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis and support related to retirement plans, pension schemes, and other retirement benefits. The Retirement Analyst will work closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure compliance, optimize retirement plan performance, and provide insightful recommendations to enhance employees' retirement outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Retirement Plan Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of retirement plans, including 401(k)s, pension plans, and other employee benefit programs to ensure they are effective, compliant, and align with organizational goals.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze retirement-related data, including contributions, investments and participant behavior. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure retirement plans adhere to federal and state regulations, including ERISA, IRS guidelines, and other relevant laws. Under the supervision of the Head of Global Retirement, prepare and assist in compliance reports and filings, such as Form 5500.
  • Participant Support: Assist with retirement planning education for employees, answering inquiries regarding retirement options, eligibility, and plan features. Create materials for employee communications and workshops.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, including third-party administrators and custodians, to ensure smooth plan operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports and presentations on retirement plan performance, compliance status, and other key metrics for management and stakeholders.
  • Plan Design Assistance: Under the supervision of the Head of Global Retirement, collaborate with HR and finance teams to assist in the design, implementation, and ongoing management of retirement benefits programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in retirement plan administration, analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working with retirement plan vendors and managing external relationships.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits, including healthcare and wellness programs.
  • Experience with Excel
