Reporting to the Associate Director, Compensation Delivery, As the Senior Analyst, Compensation, you will support the execution of key compensation delivery processes on a global scale. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of compensation programs, maintaining data accuracy, and contributing to the organization's global total rewards strategy. You will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with compensation systems and tools. Additionally, you will require to possess agility, a passion for learning new things, and comfort with technology. The Role:
- Act as a support to the Assoc. Director of Compensation Delivery and the Assoc. Director Rewards Projects & Insights actively engaging in projects and workstreams.
- Collaborate across teams (Compensation Systems, Comp Partners, and HR Technology) to implement and update compensation inputs to processes in Workday across global regions. Ensure data integrity and accuracy during system updates and changes.
- Provide support in managing out-of-cycle (OOC) salary adjustments and promotion adjustment processes globally.
- Support merit process. Analyze data and ensure compliance with established guidelines and processes.
- Assist in gathering and submitting data for annual global compensation surveys. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of roles and alignment with survey requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of global salary ranges based on market survey results and internal equity. Conduct data analyses to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices worldwide.
- Aid in the configuration and maintenance of global salary ranges within Workday. Ensure pay structures are accurately reflected across all regions for ease of use and reporting.
- Assist in the facilitation and management of the compensation survey tool (BetterComp). Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective global utilization and integration of the tool into compensation workflows.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of global compensation initiatives, including annual merit cycles, promotions, and pay adjustments. Collaborate with regional and global teams to align processes and policies.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards within a medium to large organization.
- Strong expertise in HR systems, data governance, and analytics; experience with Workday preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
