The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Executive Director, Patient Experience & Operations, as the Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide cross functional project and administrative support across the Operations functions within the North American Commercial organization. You will be responsible for executing business processes and solving operational issues across the Operations function to support project execution in accordance with organizational standards and aligned with stakeholder expectations. You will be required to work with all functions of the Commercial Operations group including extended members, such as the Compliance team, on a diverse set of projects and operational deliverables. Additionally, you will support and work closely with the Executive Director of Patient Experience & Operations (PE&O) and the PE&O Leadership Team. In order to be successful, you will be required to build effective collaborative/partnering relationships and demonstrate strong communication skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. #LI-hybrid

The Role:
- Provide administrative support to members of the PE&O Leadership Team within the US Commercial function including calendar management and meeting planning, occasional travel scheduling and monthly expense reporting subject matter expertise. Catering and logistical support for meetings as needed.
- Project assistance as needed across US Commercial operations functions (Patient Services, Learning & Growth, Forecasting, Reimbursement & Patient Engagement).
- Operations subject matter expert for contracting and vendor procurement process including SOW execution, purchase order creation, invoice processing and associated systems (e.g. Companion, Ariba systems).
- Operate as the US Commercial team subject matter expert and administrator for CSL's learning management system (Plateau) including support to compliance for commercial organization requirements. Includes finalizing SOPs/processes, maintaining SharePoint sites and assignments by role/function.
- Operational support for execution of US Commercial development programs across Sales, Marketing, Patient Services, Healthcare systems and other teams (e.g. Onboarding, Foundational Leadership, Director Leadership). Includes support on communications, surveys and tracking of training programs.
- Site administrator for the US Commercial Operations SOP repository. Ad hoc support as required by the Executive Director Patient Experience & Operations and other members of the PE&O leadership team.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Two to three years' professional experience required. Experience within commercial pharmaceutical functions advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
