As the Operational Excellence Specialist you will be reporting to the Country Lead Operational Excellence, US. You will be you will work onsite at our CSL Seqirus in Holly Springs, NC location Monday-Friday during primary business hours. Benefits Include flexible hours M-F, Outdoor amenities, Onsite Café, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, and PTO available from your first day of hire.
Responsibilities:
- Under general direction, plans and implements process improvement activities to support CSL and industry best practices
- Support, lead and coordinate projects to improve performance, quality, efficiency and/or cost
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators
- Ensure projects are rolled out and delivered according to milestones, budget and other relevant factors
- Coordinate site wide project activities with other sites/functions in global CSL network
- Coach on use of re-engineering techniques to drive improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
- 5+ years' experience in process management
- Demonstrated success in project management and continuous improvement processes
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Six sigma certification/training
