This is a job creation to support the launch and commercialization of two flu vaccines in France. CSL Seqirus and Vifor France are both CSL companies: CSL Seqirus has given Vifor France the responsibility as "exploitant" for the upcoming launches of future CSL Seqirus vaccines in France. Your tasks and responsibilities will be the following, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Marketing Lead in the creation and development of effective cross-functional omnichannel brands strategies
- Ensuring flawless strategic execution, customer adoption and field teams of an omnichannel implementation
- Working closely with cross-functional team members (Vifor France, CSL Seqirus France and International) as part of a high-performing team.

Tasks
Operational excellence
- Lead brand activities and tactics execution with the best mix of channels:
- assess digital channels and help to set up a digital ecosystem to deliver value and impact.
- develop multichannel marketing material and tools, to promote the portfolio.
- develop high value-added services for targeted healthcare professionals.
- assess digital channels and help to set up a digital ecosystem to deliver value and impact.
- Work closely with medical and sales teams and liaise with external suppliers to deliver a timely approval of all materials by the Health Authorities
- Deliver all brand material and tools by paying attention to details to ensure:
- high level of standard.
- high level of customer orientation.
- alignment with regulatory requirements.
- high level of standard.
- Ensure return on investment of the various actions/operations implemented.
- Support briefing preparations for external agencies, market research and others
- Participate to multiple internal presentations, including to the sales team on brands strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to all communication activities, including participation in conferences, congresses, press releases.
- Maintain professional relationships of trust with all the field team.
Brand Strategy
- Develop a solid understanding of customers and competitors' products to improve competitive advantage
- Participate in developoing brand strategies, primarily to pharmacists and retail pharmacy supply groups.
- Localize relevant initiatives and tools from international team and other countries.
- Support collation of market data and competitive intelligence information, provide market analysis around competitors and brands, monitor market dynamics and communicate changes in market
Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with all internal and external policies
Requirements
- University degree or higher degree
- Dual training in science and marketing, ideally pharmacist/doctor + business school
- At least 1-2 years professional experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Marketing experience in retail pharmacy business and retail pharmacies procurement group
