Executive Director, Enterprise Solution Delivery will be the strategic execution leader providing overall enablement of solutions across Enabling Functions as well as Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations solutions specific to the ERP ecosystem. This leader will be critical in driving the accountability solution portfolio into a product based delivery model, enabling overall lifecycle planning and support of designated solutions. Additionally this leader will drive forward modern delivery methodologies, such as the leverage of Agile and cloud native architecture patterns to transform and simplify our landscape. As a solution partner for aligned business executives, create and foster trusted relationships that will create the ability for our teams to realize a differentiating value the usage of technology. Coach and mentor teams within your department and across overall I&T, ensuring we are appropriately upskilling and enabling growth opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Solution Delivery Leadership - Drive business partnering relationships and technology solutions forward for both Enabling Functions business areas as well as support for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations solutions specifically enabled by the ERP ecosystem. Drive execution roadmaps plans and ensure high level of support SLAs are achieved for the portfolio of solutions within your accountability across 5 designated solution teams
  • Portfolio Modernization - Provide critical leadership in driving the modernization of delivery processes as well as the entire solution portfolio. CSL is aggressively driving a modernization and simplification of its entire technology portfolio and this role will provide critical direction setting to achieve overall enterprise outcomes
  • Talent Development: Hire, develop and retain critical talent, modernization our delivery and development methodologies to align to a platform delivery mindset. Provide mentorship and guidance for directs and the broader technology delivery organization.
  • SI and Technology Partner Management: Optimize relationships with targeted SI and Technology vendors within the designated portfolio. Ensure vendors are managed, working with the broader enterprise framework to ensure a high level of performance. Ensure timely execution of contracts and invoices.
  • Financial Accountability - Ensure timely and accurate financial budgets are adhered to across your programs and cost centers. Serve as a model of strong financial stewardship for your team to mirror.
  • Product and Agile Execution Shift - Define the product solution portfolio and bring business and technology stakeholders on the journey of change. Drive industry best practices and set a high bar of standards, establishing a quarterly cadence of change.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Managing both business and I&T stakeholders, ensure successful collaboration and progression of the enterprise agenda. Challenge and shift current ways of working that up levels the entire organization
  • Delivery Management: Plan and manage concurrent delivery initiatives across the targeted portfolio, optimizing delivery capacity and ensure high quality and consistent value creation.
  • Technology Expert - Stay up to date on current trends in industry as well as within the technology landscape which you are accountable for, adoption and leveraging to drive improvements and value for the enterprise

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience within the technology landscape, demonstrating continued growth and span of experience
  • 10+ years partnering with business and/or customer teams to define solution roadmaps
  • 10+ years leading the development of a product portfolio and related teams
  • 10+ years demonstrate experience leading complex implementations within regulated environments at a global scale
  • 7+ years of proven agile execution experience
  • 7+ years of demonstrated leadership of other leaders (Director level and above) within an organization
  • 7+ years of proven experience building solutions within public clouds. Strong understanding of cloud application architecture patterns and experience leveraging DevSecOps
  • 5+ years of experience in deploying solutions for corporate domain areas, such as finance, HR, procurement or other

  • 5+ years of experience managing individuals at Director+ level
