Position Summary:
•Lead the expansion of the Digital Health framework to enable expanded utilization of the mobile app engagement channel in more brands and in more geographies
•Deliver the future state of Digital Health at CSL, with an operating model and platform that is cost-effective and accessible to all affiliates
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for development of a digital shared service that enables scaling of consistent and high-quality customer experiences across customer facing mobile apps in all geographies
•Close partnership with I&T, Content Excellence, and Platforms Management to implement and support digital capabilities
•Interface regularly with US and INT Marketing teams, ensuring that mobile app needs are being met

•Lead the Digital Health Operating Committee, ensuring that solution proposals are properly assessed against feasibility, viability and desirability
•Coordination with Commercial Excellence Enablement to establish digital engagement plans along brand launch process
•Provide key input to annual I&T commercial project portfolio planning
•Establish and track service level KPIs; partner with I&A to develop standardized mobile app metrics and integrated reporting
•Responsible for communicating, influencing, and collaborating with US and International Marketing, Medical Affairs, I&T Commercial Applications team, platform partners, digital capability leads, key enabling functions, CSL Seqirus and CSL Vifor peers
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or business field
•12 plus years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, specifically in Marketing or digital communications
•Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with CSL leaders and key external stakeholders.
•Knowledge of relevant business, legal, compliance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
•Experience in the web / app development space, including software development lifecycle
•Multiple years' experience working in an international environment and with matrixed, cross-functional teams
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
•Familiarity with global regulations and cultural nuances
•Strong Change and Leadership skills
