Associate Product Manager, KCENTRA

Responsibilities:
Associate Product Manager will help assist in the development and execution of tactics to advance brand strategy and achieve commercial objectives. This individual will support the Brand Director, and other members of the Brand Team, in creating and implementing key initiatives for KCENTRA. The Associate Product Manager will measure and optimize the tactics they are responsible for. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person should have confidence in regularly interacting with key stakeholders (Sales, Healthcare Systems, Medical, etc.) and be able to work collaboratively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the logistical aspects of Peer-to-Peer programs, content development and KOL management in collaboration with medical affairs and medical education agency.
  • Support the Marketing Team, working with training and field sales, to rollout new materials/initiatives for national business meeting, POA and ad-hoc trainings needed to support strategy or respond to market events. Assist in the development of clear communications for the Sales Force to reinforce messaging and resources to support brand strategy. Support engagements with Field Advisory Committee to collect key insights from Sales Team.
  • Develops and manages effective relationships with agencies that support key initiatives. Ensures alignment with brand director then owns projects from start to finish.
  • Assist with Market Research and CI teams to conduct quarterly projects to address key business questions and monitor competitor activities.
  • Work with congress leads to ensure optimal presence and execution at key congresses.
  • Accountable for managing team Advertising and Promotion budget.
  • Accountable for proactive management of marketing activities they are leading to assure compliance with internal Company and external requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors' degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences
  • Minimum 3 years relevant health care experience (can include biologics, medical device or pharmaceuticals)
  • A minimum 1-2 year product management experience
  • Problem solving, organizing, time management, informing, action oriented, interpersonal savvy, customer focus
