About The Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced and dynamic AWS Alliance Manager to develop and grow our strategic alliance with Amazon Web Services (AWS) specifically within Northern Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both AWS and CrowdStrike's offerings, as well as a proven track record in alliance management, business development, and relationship building. Your responsibilities will include building strong relations with AWS, Solution Providers, CrowdStrike's alliance, sales, marketing teams, and creating and leading campaigns focused on driving revenue, new logos and market penetration across the Northern Europe. Success in this position will require: previous experience working with AWS, having the ability to quickly analyse and execute in a rapidly changing environment, taking charge and making things happen, and developing strong, productive relationships at all levels within AWS.
What You'll Do:
- Create and own the GTM business plans focused at expanding new logos within the AWS priority engaged customers with AWS sales in the UK&I region.
- Support regional RAMs in Nordics & Benelux to build and execute a GTM business plan focused at expanding new logos within the AWS priority engaged customers.
- Own and grow the NEUR Commercial co-sell AWS Originated (DR) pipeline for Mid-Market and SMB segments at AWS.
- Ensure AWS Co-Sell requests are accepted & merged, own account introductions, and drive deal progress.
- Run activities to increase incoming AWS AOs/DRs and deliver AWS sourced NPACV revenue.
- Increase AWSMP engagement with AWS & CRWD sales teams to achieve AWS TCV goals.
- Map AWS EMEA Engaged customer lists and target new logo acquisitions.
- Own enablement sessions for AWS regional Enterprise, Mid-Market & SMB DGR teams that will promote joint sales plays and programs to drive DRs for New Logo customers.
- Create vertical sales plays and drive pipeline creation in key cross-industry teams at AWS for FSI, Retail, Manufacturing, and Media & Entertainment.
- Build a channel of AWS 'Born in the Cloud' Migration Acceleration Consulting Partners, that can drive Cloud Migrations with CrowdStrike built in and own the Partner Sourced NPACV target.
- Leverage resources from the Horizon Group, Technology Alliances & Technical teams to support AWS DR growth for Cloud Security, Identity Protection, and NG-SIEM opportunities.
- Build regional relationships with AWS ISV & Partner Sales Managers to drive local pipeline engagement and CrowdStrike alignment at local customer events.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in alliance management, business development, or a related role within the technology sector, with a focus on AWS or cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and solutions, the AWS partner ecosystem, as well as a solid grasp of cybersecurity principles and CrowdStrike's product offerings.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A track record in building alliance/sales/partner relationships with business and technical teams.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and achieve key objectives. Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- A strong communicator and presenter, who possesses strong negotiation skills as well as sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multi-task, work independently or within a team.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving targets and driving revenue through strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
