About the Role:

Based in Sydney or Singapore as our Director of Partner Marketing APJ, we're seeking someone who drives a fast-paced and high accountability environment and demonstrates the entrepreneurial focus needed to evolve our Partner Marketing program across the APJ region. Through your leadership you will enroll the partner marketing team on your priorities and deliver efficiency, scale and business results. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing - APJ, you will own the development of the partner marketing strategy and execution plan supporting all parts of our partner ecosystem.

This role is a critical driver to scale partner demand generation across APJ and supporting "to Partner" programs to develop the impact of the ecosystem. You will engage APJ partner sales leadership across all market segments and channels. You will synthesize market requirements and global programs to deliver a partner marketing plan that aligns with global initiatives and delivers relevance across APJ markets. As a key leader in APJ you will collaborate with the extended marketing organisation to deliver programs that achieve scale, efficiency and business impact.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands on leader with demonstrable experience in driving innovation and change in order to increase marketing performance. Core to the role will be the planning, prioitisation, communication, execution and tracking of all partner marketing campaigns to realize pipeline and marketing ROI. Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills at all levels are key.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate as the APJ partner marketing owner, driving growth through creativity, operational rigor and entrepreneurship
  • Own the attainment of Stage 1 Sales Accepted partner marketing sourced pipeline targets and collaborate across Channels, SDR to deliver a cohesive pipeline program across the region.
  • Plan, develop and execute regional integrated partner marketing campaigns with strategic partners, leverage marquee CrowdStrike events to drive new platform ACV, expansion ACV and pipeline acceleration.
  • Collaborate with APJ Channel Sales to solicit feedback and optimise pipeline and bookings conversion from all MDF led marketing campaigns
  • Enable partner marketers, alliance marketers and distributors to leverage the partner marketing playbook and systems to scale on brand execution across the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead a team of partner marketing campaign managers and roll up your sleeves to jointly execute campaigns including development of messaging, offers, targeting, creative assets, communication tactics, follow up and measurement.
  • Contribute to the evolution of marketing technology to support efficient and measurable execution of partner marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with APJ leadership to plan and execute a rolling 6-month marketing plan focused on meeting Sales and marketing business goals.
  • Work with marketers across our team and in our company to ensure that all messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns is aligned with global brand and content.
  • Work with cross functional marketing functions to align plans and execution that extends direct programs through the channel.
  • Habitually drive a high-performance culture in your team keeping your finger on the pulse of business performance, leveraging our suite of reporting tools and campaign insights in order to deliver against our goals and demonstrate contribution to business growth from marketing programs.
What You'll Need:
  • Substantial experience in owning, driving, and tracking the impact of channel marketing initiatives at scale whilst changing processes and securing alignment cross functionally.
  • A customer-centric mindset that embraces creativity, innovation, and accountability, leveraging customer stories for influence and credibility.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with the sales organisation, regional marketing, marketing operations, corporate marketing, product and services groups.
  • Understanding of marketing across all different cultural dynamics across the region.
  • Courage to take initiative, address problems, and make continuous process improvements.
  • Region wide experience developing, launching and managing channel focused demand generation for new customer acquisition, cross sell and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
  • Partner marketing experience in a SaaS B2B organisation with a scaled channel ecosystem, with experience in the fast-paced cybersecurity industry an important bonus.
  • A deep understanding of sales pipeline, lead processing, and deal acceleration.
  • Strong project management, analytical and operational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SFDC and common Martech tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
