About the Role:

The Alliances Operations Analyst role will be responsible for day to day operations supporting the rapidly growing CrowdStrike partner ecosystem. This role will have an emphasis on managing strong Salesforce data integrity and our Partner facing processes. While providing a seamless CrowdStrike experience for our partners, the successful candidate will have the ability to constantly improve our operations, build scalability and be the partner advocate.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage Deal Registration, partner queries and partner onboarding program for an assigned region
  • Managing day-to-day requests from Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams as it relates to Deal Registration
  • Maintain SLAs for Deal Registration program and escalate when appropriate
  • Document the key processes and maintain it regularly with every small or big transformation
  • Being able to detect anomalies between day-to-day operations and the overall data
  • Ensure all partner deals are properly categorized and correct partner attribution is tagged to maintain integrity of the CrowdStrike Elevate Partner program, ensure proper compensation and reporting accuracy
  • Working in partnership with Alliances leaders to ensure weekly / quarterly deal registration targets are met
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritize requests
  • Maintain proper communication to all stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years+ of relevant Sales Ops experience
  • Strong analytical background and ability to flush out anomalies
  • Be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and operationally-minded
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Expertise in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity.

Shift Time: 10 AM IST to 7 PM IST
