Job Summary
As a CRM Senior Analyst at CRH, you will assume a pivotal role within the centralized CRM team, responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the platform aligns seamlessly with the business requirements, providing support to various teams, and fostering continuous improvement. Your proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and integrations will be instrumental in delivering seamless and efficient solutions. This role will be part of a mature Salesforce team that is backed by leadership support and is actively evolving.

Job Location
This position is generally a remote role with some in-office meetings at our corporate office in the Perimeter area of Atlanta periodically each month. Candidates must be located in the Atlanta metro area. Travel for this position is estimated to be below 10%.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, data integrity, and system configuration.
- Work with CRM Solution Architects to determine the best scalable design to meet the needs of the business. This includes custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate solutions.
- Effectively communicate status, collaborate, and problem-solve with relevant stakeholders
- Assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new functionality.
- Participate in Agile team with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
CPQ Management:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ to support quoting, pricing, and integration.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
- Provide support to end-users on CPQ functionality and best practices.
- Work with IT development teams to troubleshoot and ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Provide recommendations for system enhancements and drive their implementation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of managing complex Salesforce environments.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, customization, and support.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data flows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and data management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, CPQ, Flow, and other automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Administrator a plus) preferred
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist preferred
