Job Summary
Oldcastle Infrastructure Inc. (OII) is looking for an SAP SD Functional Lead. He/She will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SD modules in a greenfield implementation environment of S4/Hana private cloud. The right candidate is able to design and configure an SAP solution and to follow a pragmatic hands-on approach to put it in place.

This position will report to the Manager SAP CoE and will work closely with the SAP functional and technical teams and the system integration partner in designing, implementing, and governing the SAP SD Landscape for a large business process transformation program involving an S/4 Hana and Salesforce CPQ implementation.
Job Responsibilities
- Work Closely with SD architect and manage the SAP Sales and Distribution implementation.
- Work with SMEs and end-users to determine the functional requirements for the system within the SAP Production Planning.
- Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations.
- Translate user's requests into application system solutions. Analyze system user requirements to define and design and implement system configuration, enhancements, and modifications.
- Leverage business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement.
- Configure the SAP SD system to meet the business requirements.
- Configure SD module in SAP, prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects, and guide ABAP resources on requirements.
- Design and development of interfaces and conversion programs to/from existing legacy systems.
- Provide general technical support in business systems analysis and conduct SAP training as required.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other systems analysts, business teams, and implementation partner resources.
- Define and develop best practices, solution demonstrations, and functional configurations within
- Co-Ordinate/develop user documentation and user training.
- Support cutover activities, Provide KT and hyper-care support.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of SAP SD experience.
- Expertise in SAP SD with at least 2 full-lifecycle projects delivering new solutions.
- Should have a good understanding of configuration in SD and Integration points with other modules WM, PP, MM, CRM and FI/CO.
- Hands-on experience with Master data, Pricing, Sales documents, Projects, order management, Shipping, Transportation, Contracts, Credit management, APIs, EDI.
- Experience in Discrete/Repetitive manufacturing.
- Experience in Make to Order, Make to Stock, Engineer to Order.
- Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior-level executives.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong business relationship management skills.
- Excellent team-building, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
- Preferably a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
- Preferably experience integrating SAP SD with Salesforce CRM/CPQ.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to travel (overnight) as required based on business needs up to 25%.
- Ability to drive up to 4 hours for onsite services and meetings.
- The position may require work outside of normal business hours in response to critical incidents or business-impacting project deliverables.
- Preferred work location: Oldcastle Infrastructure's headquarters in Atlanta, GA or Remote in North America.
