Position Overview
The office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a productive, organized and welcoming environment. The role involves managing office supplies, assisting with administrative tasks and serving as a point of contact for employees, visitors and vendors.

- Manage the daily operations of the office, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance and cleanliness
- Maintain and organize office files, records and correspondence
- Manage conference room schedules and prepare materials as needed
- Act as a liaison between departments, employees and external vendors
- Work with vendors for office supplies, equipment and services
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office facilities
- Assist with administrative tasks/departments as needed
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education/Experience
- Some college preferred, High School Degree required or GED.
- Must have excellent alpha/numeric data entry skills.
- Able to read and/ or follow written and verbal instructions and implement the same.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
- Excellent computer skills using MS Office (Word and Excel), e-mail and an attitude for learning new software.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- High ethical standards
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to meet individual deadlines, as well as work collaboratively with team to help them meet deadlines.

- Able to communicate with others by telephone and in person.
- Able to utilize a computer for word processing, e-mail communication, and preparation of documents and presentations.
- May require sitting for extended periods of time.
