Position Overview
The HR Data Supervisor is primarily responsible for maintaining the integrity of employee information within the hiring and payroll systems in collaboration with the Regional Data Specialists. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and efficient use of systems for all employees and leading efforts for data compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Data Governance and Compliance
- Collaborate with HR, payroll and benefits teams to maintain accurate employee data across systems
- Work with national HRIS project teams to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for data entry and maintenance
- Establish, implement and sustain data governance practices
- Manage regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies
- Advocate for data accuracy by coaching and training Regional Data Specialists
Process Improvement and System Transition
- Assist with the transition from Viewpoint to SAP, ensuring compliance during the migration
- Develop processes to maintain data integrity during and after system transitions
- Seek opportunities for business process improvements in data entry and maintenance
Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Partner with Regional Data Specialists to build efficient workflows
- Lead reporting and analysis efforts for governmental agencies and internal departments
Additional Support Responsibilities
- Lean and share SAP knowledge across the West Division
- Educate colleagues on new systems and processes
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and/or query expertise
- Proven experience with data management and compliance
- Familiarity with SAP and data governance systems is a plus
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and team leadership abilities
Work Requirements
- Travel will involve less than 10% travel across the West Division

This position operates in a professional remote/hybrid work environment. The role requires access to a reliable internet connection. While the majority of responsibilities can be completed remotely, occasional in-office meetings or team events may be required based on business needs.
