Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and requests from employees, managers, and external partners in a multinational environment.
  • Provide high quality customer service for managers and employees including during the employee's lifecycle, collaborating with other departments to provide overall timely resolutions to inquiries or issues.
  • Monitoring of HR Shared services communication channels (shared email box, ticketing system) and actioning, escalating, distributing appropriately.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage a portfolio of activities in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Manage requests within SLA and smaller-scale ad hoc projects to deadline, demonstrating close attention to details.
  • Complete administrative activities associated with employee record management such as preparation of confidential letters.
  • Support all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle to ensure a smooth employee, manager, and HR experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous experience of working with Workday is essential.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite
  • Professional attitude within a confidential environment.

Education:

  • A professional qualification/certification in Human Resources is a plus.
  • English: fluent
