Short Description

The division supervisor is responsible for the management of both administrative and patient facing responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations for the specialty under the Adult Health Institute.  Additionally, this position provides significant support towards institute and organization-wide goals, as well as standardization and process improvement for internal processes imperative for the success of the division.

 

The supervisor will assist with leading a rapidly growing specialty, by restructuring various workflows and implementing new approaches that will create opportunity for providers and improve access for patients. 


Experience Required

3-5 years


Education Requirements

High School / GED required.


Special Requirements

Epic, EMR Experience (Cadence/Optime).

Demonstrated excellence in customer service, patient and provider experience.

Demonstrated experience in improvement of assigned areas outcomes through creative and sustained tactics.

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Excellent organization and analytical skills.

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with patients, providers, administrators and other individuals from various backgrounds and skill sets.

Ability to train and motivate staff; encourages team building.
