As a Cataract Division Manager supporting the Surgical Sales Family, you will be responsible for leading and developing Account Managers, Equipment Managers and Refractive Managers within the assigned geography. Responsibilities also include achieving and improving sales growth across multiple product lines aligning with company initiatives and targets in Tennessee and St. Louis, MO. - Managing and coordinating field sales activities supervising Cataract Account Managers, Cataract Equipment Managers and Cataract Refractive Managers.
- Responsible for distributing and attaining sales quota assigned to the Division.
- Lead the hiring process for available positions within the Division.
- Provide ongoing employee performance reviews to evaluate development of all team members.
- Mentoring, developing and training sales professionals in a clinical and surgical setting.
- Collaborates with sales leadership and cross-functional departments within the organization.
- Apply strong business acumen and analytical skills that drive sales growth and profitability.
- Foster a positive culture within the division that promotes the values of the organization.
- Supervise business-related expenses for each rep within company specified guidelines.
- Implements Marketing initiatives and messaging as advised.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+1 yr)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 5 Years of Proven Experience
- 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
