Summary:
The Executive Secretary will provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support for one or more of the executive level managers of Cook Children's Medical Center.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 4 to 5 years executive/administrative secretarial experience.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Typing 70 wpm, high degree of proficiency in use of computer (word processing, databases and spreadsheets).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to take and transcribe minutes of meetings.
