As a member of the Business Transformation Office's Continuous Improvement Department, this position will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the company's Continuous Improvement capabilities, focusing on Lean/CI/Agile initiatives. This role provides Continuous Improvement leadership on methodologies, training, and technologies associated with both process improvement and related project management activities (i.e. Six Sigma, DMAIC). These activities will include company-wide, cross functional projects as well as ad hoc initiatives. Additionally, this role will coach and mentor Continuous Improvement trainees and project leaders across the organization.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will report to the Director of Continuous Improvement.
Responsibilities:
Build a Continuous Improvement Culture
- Develop key business leaders through training and mentoring. Work with team leaders with the goal of driving a Continuous Improvement culture throughout the organization
- Provide team leaders with hands-on leadership, coaching, and business perspectives to ensure performance & development objectives are met while maximizing effectiveness of company resources
Deliver Training on Continuous Improvement
- Work cohesively with the Business Transformation Office to deploy Continuous Improvement training across the organization, fostering the development of change agents throughout Constellation Brands
- Act as a liaison with internal communications to raise awareness, interest, and action with regard to the training opportunities and materials available to employees around
CI initiative Development from project ideation to post-project monitoring and control
- Provide support to the Continuous Improvement Department and administrative functions support to validate the financial and overall improvement objectives of the initiative
- Advocate Continuous Improvement to all corporate functions in Constellation, as well as partner with segment business units
- Monitor appropriate measures and metrics for capturing project benefits on all activities and provide coaching on use of tools and templates. Other responsibilities as required to oversee, direct, develop, plan, train and ensure the success of the Continuous Improvement program at Constellation Brands

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years experience in a CPG company (beverage alcohol industry a plus)
- Continuous Improvement methodology knowledge and/or experience leading or participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Continuous Improvement training and/or certifications (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
- Proven mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to train and develop others in an adult learning environment
- Advanced project management skills and knowledge of tools for evaluating existing work processes and recommending improvements in workflow
- Knowledge of beverage alcohol industry
- Experience with statistical tools and data analysis
Physical Requirements:

The salary range for this role is:
$92,500.00 - $141,700.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
