To perform duties associated with operational support as required concerning maintenance of all company aircraft, maintenance equipment, and hangar facility as assigned by the Director of Aircraft Maintenance and/or Aircraft Maintenance Foreman
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing general aircraft maintenance on all company aircraft to maintain airworthiness and operational condition per FAA, manufacturer and industry standards. Prepare required documentation for accomplished aircraft maintenance. The documentation to be maintained will include but is not limited to the aircraft log books, airworthiness directives, maintenance work orders, invoices, and electronic maintenance tracking records.
- Troubleshooting and repairing of mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems to maintain the functionality of the aircraft.
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines while working on aircraft to protect personnel, equipment, and the aircraft itself.
- Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule shared with other technical staff to provide coverage for departing and arriving aircraft.
- Coordinate, accomplish, and assist with aircraft movement in hangar and ramp areas.
- Assist/perform weekly thorough postflight and preflight inspections
- Perform occasional additional support duties as required which include, but are not limited to, cleaning company aircraft including polishing of all bright works (interior & exterior) and cleaning and organization of company hanger and associated work areas.
- Consistently provide effective communications to the Director of Aircraft Maintenance concerning the status of a repair and the expected time for return to service (RTS) of aircraft.
- Must be available to travel for off base maintenance visits and international aircraft support when necessary.
- Support the corporate mission and vision through achievement of department goals and objectives
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance concepts, practices, and regulations.
- Knowledge of or basic understanding of SMS (Safety Management System).
- Knowledge of or basic understanding of maintenance tracking software.
- Knowledge of or basic understanding of computer systems, and related computer programs used to receive or communicate information.
- Attentiveness to detail and precision.
- Thorough work ethic, with ambitions for career growth
- Interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with others.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the need of the department including before and after normal business hours, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Federal Aviation Administration A&P License Required
- Minimum 3-5 years' aviation maintenance experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Must be flexible with work schedule. Be available for weekend and off hour departures and unscheduled maintenance issues.
- Inspection authorization preferred but not required
- Gulfstream G280 or G600 experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Airport Security clearance
- Must be able to obtain/possess a United States Passport

The salary range for this role is:
$47.59 - $76.93
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
