Position Summary

The Associate Manager, DTC eComm - Icon Wines at Constellation Brands will support a range of wines being sold through our eCommerce sales channels for the Icon Wineries: Schrader Cellars, Double Diamond, To Kalon Vineyard Company, Mount Veeder Winery and more. This position sits within the Icon organization in the Wine & Spirits Division and supports the digital experience for our Icon brands, including customer acquisition, customer retention, loyalty, and website experience. Partnering with the brand managers and the Senior Manager of eComm, you will support our efforts to build best-in-class digital customer experiences for each brand. You will be a day-to-day resource for all things eComm, including email and SMS marketing; sourcing and managing partnerships; analyzing customer behavior and recommending new strategies based on data; and more.

Responsibilities: i.e. what's the job to be done?

  • Support the strategy, forecasting, and execution of our digital commerce business across the entire portfolio of Icon wineries
  • Manage retention marketing and loyalty strategies, including email and SMS
  • Partner with media teams on paid acquisition strategies including Meta, Google, direct mail, partnerships, and more to support our eCommerce and hospitality businesses
  • Support Icon brand managers on allocation/club offers: build and manage offers, analyze customer behavior and manage our lists, and support waitlist growth
  • Conduct measurement and reporting vs. plans and forecasts for metrics like CAC/ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, sessions, LTV, and more
  • Conduct testing and experiments to support our learning agenda across platforms, such as A/B testing on the websites and/or and audience/creative testing on customer acquisition channels
  • Partner with the Brand management teams and outside agencies to provide recommendations and shepherd the creative development and deployment of digital marketing campaigns

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following marketing functions: customer data platforms/CRM (preferably Treasure Data), ecommerce analytics (preferably Google Analytics and Looker), email marketing platforms (preferably Klaviyo), SMS marketing (preferably Attentive), SEO, partnerships platforms, or direct mail
  • Well-versed in direct marketing fundamentals, and deep understanding of eCommerce operating activities and metrics like Conversion Rate, CAC, LTV, AOV, Churn, NPS, Gross Margin, and the implications tied to those metrics for a growing digital customer base
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally within large teams to ensure projects and key deliverables are accomplished on time

Requirements/Other

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in a customer acquisition, customer retention and/or eCommerce function in-house at a DTC eCommerce brand with a high-growth focus or at marketing services agency, consulting firm, or other relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

The salary range for this role is:
$78,600.00 - $115,400.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
