A role you will love

As our Vendor Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the value Computershare receives from its investment by embedding robust processes for commercial challenge, delivery effectiveness and optimisation of vendors.

In this role, you will define all the processes to ensure the swift supply of appropriate resources by the various operational and technology teams from our third-party partners. You won't be alone in doing this though, in this role you will also manage a team of 2-3 Analyst's on a day-to-day basis.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Execution and Governance of the commercial strategy for third party spend.
  • Proactively supporting the vendor selection and contract processes.
  • Effectively managing the procurement, invoicing, and payment processes for vendors.
  • Defining and running the processes for onboarding of new third party resources into CPU.
  • Supporting the tracking of performance across the delivery teams and support relationship management.
  • Resolving any process and system issues for Partners, new starts and internal stakeholders.

What will you bring to the role?

As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for someone with a real passion for creating, designing and delivering key processes across our business. Doing this will require an exceptional level of stakeholder management and communication skills spanning our own senior stakeholders, team members and 3rd party suppliers.

With this role being focused on the delivery from our suppliers to our digital transformation programme, having a keen eye for financial & budget management will be a necessity. Our business, like all others, isn't straight forward every day - so having excellent problem solving skills will go a long way.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Experience working in a similar role in a highly complex environment (i.e. Financial Services).
  • Financial Management/Budget Management experience.
  • Excellent Communication & stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
  • Experience working with partners & third-party suppliers.
  • Experience of designing and implementing new processes would be highly advantageous.
