A role you will love
An Unclaimed Asset Co-ordinator (UAC) is responsible for managing the asset reunification process from start to finish. Each UAC will help to run a complete research campaign, using a range of resources to determine the accuracy of asset holder data and carry out research to locate the individuals. They are also responsible for advising asset holders about their unclaimed assets and supporting them through the entire claims process.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls / correspondence both as part of the initial research process and queries concerning completion of claims
- Make outbound calls to customers and assist them with the claim process.
- Manage a caseload of research, using a multitude of databases and own initiative to establish contact details of the correct asset holder
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns
- Accurately update data on our bespoke in-house database
- Perform other duties as assigned
What will you bring to the role?
Georgeson is looking for someone who is pro-active, shows initiative, and can gather and analyse information from multiple sources. Being polite and confident on the telephone is required, as is a high level of written skills.
- A polite and professional telephone manner including previous experience dealing with customers on the telephone.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- PC literate; Excel and Word
- Ability to gather and analyse information from a multitude of resources
- Ability to prioritise workloads, meet rigid deadlines and adhere to procedures / regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
