This is a hybrid position primarily based in any of the above listed US office locations. A role you will love:

This role will support projects and initiatives within the CCT area with all of the strategy and experience design work. This is a hands-on role which will involve primary and secondary research support, reporting/analytics, data driven insights, facilitate and support workshops, drafting creative briefs and inputting into strategic responses, and delivering experience & user design. You would do this via sketches, paper prototypes, wireframes, as well as low and high-fidelity prototypes.

Other Key Responsibilities include:

  • Communicate design ideas and conduct design reviews with UX team peers, developers, delivery managers, business/product managers and other stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders across our global businesses to understand business needs
  • Understand user needs, measures user satisfaction, and determine potential solution effectiveness by interpreting data: Qualitative data (e.g. may include some of the following feedback from surveys, usability testing, card sorting activities, live and/or recorded calls), Quantitative (statistics from A/B tests, web, IVR, call center, SMS, live chat, and virtual assistant reports)
  • Collaborates with stakeholders across different global businesses to expand our methods of gathering user feedback
  • Conducts market research to include design trends and competitive analysis
  • Creates and updates various UX artifacts such as:
    • User personas, storyboards, and empathy maps
    • Information Architecture maps, and card sort materials
  • Contribute to UI style guides
  • Work with both business and technical teams to understand business needs and technical limitations to obtain optimal solutions.

What will you bring to the role?

Required:

  • 2+ years professional experience in UX Design
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with UX/UI design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Axure RP, UXPin, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD)
  • Experience creating adaptive and responsive designs compliant with American Disabilities Act (ADA) standards

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of ReactJS and/or Angular
  • Experience with creative design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Familiarity with securities and/or banking industries
  • Professional copywriting or content writing experience
