The People Services UAT Test Analyst role is responsible for undertaking functional software testing by raising change requests and bugs; provide process/ technical input to system changes; developing test plans to support end to end testing; complete and direct UAT activity, and support implementation of changes into production.

In this role you'll be the bridge between our amazing People team and the world of technology.You'll ensure new software functions flawlessly by testing it thoroughly, identifying areas for improvement, and providing clear, actionable feedback.

But that's not all! You'll also be a champion for our Service & Delivery team, leading training initiatives, coaching colleagues on new processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful change.
