Welcome to the Treasury Operations department, where we thrive in a fast-paced environment, expertly managing all client-held funds and ensuring seamless management reporting for our internal teams and external regulators. With responsibility for approximately 13,000 bank accounts in EMEA, we are at the forefront of financial operations, handling banking and payment inquiries with precision and conducting rigorous due diligence across all counterparties.
A role you will love
In this role, you'll be the Treasury Data Management Lead, a pivotal position that ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of static data within our Treasury systems. You'll lead a dedicated team, guaranteeing that all financial data related to banking relationships, financial instruments, and counterparty details is maintained to the highest standards.

Key accountabilities:
• Defining the structure, control and rules of static data within Treasury and Payment hub systems and any downstream Treasury related systems.
• Designing the process for maintenance and accuracy of static data in any treasury related systems, including banking details, counterparty information, and financial instruments.
• Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reporting requirements to monitor the KPIs and SLAs - this includes data accuracy and completeness metrics.
• Developing and implementing treasury data global policies and protocols - including Bank Account Administration policies and SLAs.
• Leading on training to ensure adherence as well as ensuring adherence to system controls, internal policies, regulation and industry standards related to data management and treasury operations.
• Overseeing global management of banking portal access.
• Designing policy of documentation/ bank accounts of financial transactions to ensure all documentations are in place. E.g. deal confirmations and mandates being attached to deals and bank accounts.
• Interacting with external auditors (financial and regulatory), as required, to help ensure they are satisfied with all reporting, compliance and control practices (e.g. data, bank account administration).
• Acting as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding static data inquiries and issues - including liaising with CTS and other departments to ensure seamless integration of treasury systems with other financial systems and platforms.
• Leading, developing and motivating the Static Data team.
• As a subject matter expert lead and contribute to a range of strategic Group wide projects including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other business transactions.
• Driving continuous improvement through developing processes and controls to enhance data quality, streamline data entry and minimizing errors.

Essential:
• Degree educated or equivalent qualification or experience
• Understanding in Treasury in a global environment and the associated regulatory landscape;
• Strong in developing and implementing Client Treasury strategies in a global organisation, with direct experience of the Treasury framework in multiple jurisdictions;
• Previously operated at management level and desiriable FIS experience and/ or bank portal administration;
• Expert in data management, data analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of static data management; and
• Understanding of the financial services industry
Preferred:
• Relevant Treasury and/or accounting qualifications (ACT/AMCT and/or CIMA/ACCA/ACA or similar)
