Team Manager - Benefits & Recognition
Location: Canton, MA, Louisville KY, or Chicago, IL(Hybrid)

This role will operate within the Shared Services, People function and be responsible for and support activity across all regions globally. The role holder will therefore be required to work across multiple disciplines within the Reward Operations function, building knowledge and capability to include benefits, recognition, and overall total rewards to provide effective support to projects and business as usual activities.

A role you will love
The role will lead on key delivery aspects relating to our global benefits offerings and recognition programmes. You will lead a team that will deliver outstanding service, providing advice and guidance to employees and managers, whilst managing critical suppliers and support business change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As the Team Manager for Benefits and Recognition you will establish and deliver on annual & ad hoc projects, such as benefits enrolment programmes, pensions enrolment, and recognition programmes. Other key responsibilities:
• Lead, coach and develop the team (multi-jurisdictional), driving high performance using a range of performance management techniques ensuring appropriate training, development, and succession planning.
• Collate and analyse data relating to team activities, providing insight, and identifying improvement opportunities. Providing coaching & upskilling to the team.
• Manage all our vendors on operational matters globally including reviewing SLAs, and service improvement.
• Ensure benefits and recognition processes are compliant with legislative and tax requirements.
• Ensure all compliance checking & testing is completed, investigating and documenting failings or near misses.
• Oversee employee communications relating to benefits and recognition ensuring that communication and collateral is clear, accessible and on brand.
• Lead on key global benefits transformation projects across the breadth of the total rewards offering as required.
What will you bring to the role?
To be successful as the Team Manager for Benefits and Recognition you will have significant experience within a Rewards, HR or Employment Law environment. Other Key Skills:
• People/HR generalist experience, with sound knowledge of employee benefits and experience of employee relations, payroll, service delivery & reward.
• Strong and significant experience of managing an operational team.
• Project management experience, with exposure to lean methodology.
• Experience of implementing and monitoring performance against SLA's and KPI's, delivering status reporting.
• Proven track record of driving business change and managing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead a team across multiple jurisdictions.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $101,741 - $152,612. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
