A role you will love

The Global Planning & Delivery Team sit within Computershare Technology Services. You will work on multiple high scale projects and be hands on alongside Global teams.

In your role, you will engage, direct, and influence a range of stakeholders on the key outcomes and deliverables, whilst working closely with our wider technical teams, and individuals to track project deliverables.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver Infrastructure Programs, typically in a complex, multi-platform technical environment to achieve specific outcomes
  • Support Portfolio Management activities.
  • Oversee and manage program and project design, schedules, planning activities, communications, issues, risks, dependencies and changes in scope associated with large, complex IT projects to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Prepare program and project reports as well as budgets, attaining necessary approvals in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on project financials while monitoring and tracking the realization of defined project benefits.

As our Strategic IT Program Manager, you will lead the direction, planning, implementation, and delivery of the IT major and/or strategic deliverables, with a good variety of technologies to work with. This is a great opportunity for you to use your knowledge and experience and truly drive a successful outcome for the business.

Here are the key skills we are looking for:

  • Extensive senior level experience in Information Technology, working on technology related Management (Infrastructure, Development, ITSM) as well as Project Management.
  • Demonstrated experience with planning, managing and tracking multiple complex and major impact projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing stakeholder expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with Senior Management.
  • In-depth experience with IT Infrastructure, enterprise-wide systems deployments, enterprise transformation and ideally cloud.
  • Ability to be a decision maker and challenge the status-quo to achieve positive outcomes
