Robinson is seeking a Director Enterprise Strategy Program Management who will focus on operationalizing our company strategy and ensuring consistency in evolving, teaching and applying the One Robinson Operating Model (OROM). In this position, you will be responsible for developing, aligning, and overseeing cross-functional processes and program management for enterprise-wide initiatives. You will lead analysis of strategic projects with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization while implementing and refining the Robinson Operating Model to support strategic goals. You will train teams in Lean methodology, playing a pivotal role in supporting leaders and individual contributors with operating reviews, action planning, problem-solving, scorecard development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Please note that you will be required to travel to our corporate office or regional centers once or twice per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement standard procedures for the One Robinson Operating Model and Lean training
  • Lead the evolution of operational capabilities, including scorecards, problem-solving, value stream maps (VSMs), and daily management
  • Oversee program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional success
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for all related processes and functions
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of continuous improvement professionals
  • Ensure alignment between programs and business objectives
  • Develop and lead Project Management Office (PMO)best practices to achieve business goals and support the Robinson playbook
  • Implement processes to track project performance and establish PMO standards
  • Develop and implement Lean training to mobilize and leverage it throughout Robinson.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum 8 years' progressive process improvement leadership experience, preference to transactional process improvement with LEAN practices
  • Minimum 4 years of direct people management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Proven leader in large-scale continuous improvement initiatives, delivering cost savings, efficiency gains, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
  • Skilled in leadership, change management, and motivating teams, thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communicator with strong executive presence, able to influence and collaborate across all levels
  • Committed to continuous learning, team growth, and effective project execution in a large, dispersed organization
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
