A role you will love.

The Senior Financial Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality operational work that meets service level expectations. The Senior Financial Administrator works closely with their Team Lead to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met and is responsible for evaluating customer data elements and developing a basic understanding of multiple processes within the line of business and follows team lead guidance in all assigned work. Research, compiles, and delivers work products and individual volume, productivity, quality, and other statistics. Flexible towards shift requirement, learning and implementing best practices in completing assigned task.

Some of your key responsibilities will include

  • Receives detailed instruction on work from Team Lead and performs day to day operational activities in a timely manner with minimal errors and complete tasks within process specific TATs and SLAs.
  • Creates and reviews production reports used in the work unit and makes improvement recommendations related to the business.
  • May revise and implement policies, procedures, and training materials to assure compliance with government regulations and to maximize efficiency and customer service.
  • Demonstrates business acumen and make data-driven recommendations with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborates with colleagues across departments and seniority levels and has adept social skills.

What will you bring to the role.

  • Bachelor's/ master's degree (B.com/BBA/MBA) or equivalent; 2-4 years of experience in multinational business environments in India.
  • At least 2 years of work experience required in CDD process and should have good knowledge in AML/KYC.
  • The Senior Financial Administrator role requires a good understanding of work routines and procedures used to support the CCT staff or previous experience supporting similar operational procedures. Ability to operate within defined technical and operational procedures, which require proficient knowledge and awareness on how to apply them. Knowledge for the role will be acquired through on the job training and experience.
