Location: London (Hybrid)

We are looking for candidates to support with the delivery of global entity management services for our clients, working alongside our growing team of industry experts. You will have direct exposure to large international corporate clients, including FTSE 100 and Fortune 500, as well as to an ever-growing international network, working together in a global market to deliver exceptional entity management services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will be accountable for managing the engagement and provision of services for a portfolio of multinational clients. Collaborating with the wider team and leveraging our specialist software and technology, you will ensure the seamless, best-in-class delivery and execution of all provided services. You will supervise junior team members to guarantee the meticulous planning and execution of routine corporate change projects and apply your expertise to manage and lead more complex change initiatives, supported by the senior management team.

Other key responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating multi-jurisdictional managed service engagements, including transitions, health checks, annual compliance, and event-driven changes.
• Account management responsibility for engagements managed.
• Champion and implement service best practice and service improvement.
• Participate in and lead client meetings and reviews.
• Establish, maintain, and enhance client relationships.
• Advise domestic and international clients on entity management, governance, and transaction-related matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to business development, marketing efforts, new service development, and delivery model improvement campaigns and initiatives.
• Support various projects and initiatives as required.
• Work with sales and management to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the finance team in relation to client invoicing.#

What will you bring to the role?

To be successful within this role as a Senior Consultant you will have a high level of knowledge of global entity management, and or global corporate governance, preferably from a professional services background.

• Desire to pursue a career within professional services and develop a wide range of global corporate services knowledge, entity management, governance and transaction related knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and team working skills.
• Organised with strong project management skills.
• An eye for detail and experienced at delivering to tight deadlines.
• Strong written English, numeracy, analytical and comprehension skills.
• Resilient and composed under pressure, proactive, self-motivated, take ownership/responsibility for own work.
• Advanced IT skills (incl. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and experience of using legal entity management technology.
