A role you will love

This role offers great exposure and interactions with various functions within the business, allowing you to continuously learn and grow within your role. You will be on hand to help support and guide both internal and external stakeholders on all Risk and Business Continuity matters.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and continuously improve the already solid risk control framework in place
• Promoting effective risk management to mitigate potential risks
• Providing strong challenge and oversight for the first-line activities
• Assisting employees in use of the ACE group risk management tool
• Preparation of regular and ad-hoc regulatory risk reports
• Management of the business continuity framework (review of business continuity management plans, conduct business continuity testing etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with risk and business continuity management requirements of a FINMA licensed securities firm
• Supporting document preparations for Board of Directors, Audit, Risk & Compliance Committees and the Executive Board Risk meetings for the entity and the Group holding company

The team you will be joining is highly collaborative, with everyone working closely together and supporting one another. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to build hands-on experience across all aspects of risk and business continuity. You will have regular interaction and engagement with senior management.

Other key required for the role:

• Previous experience in risk management
• Excellent writing and communication skills as well as attention to details
• Fluent in English, knowledge of German
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative team player
• Self-driven, result oriented and proactive problem solver
• Adaptable and resilient
