This is a hybrid position primarily based in Houston, Texas. A role you will love

As our Reporting Financial Analyst IV (Collateralized Loan Obligation), you will process and transmit money movements associated with loan fundings or security payments. You will review transaction activity for propriety and adherence to established controls and procedures.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • As required, perform portfolio compliance tests and produce waterfalls
  • Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment reports.
  • Coordinates with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
  • Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.
  • Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors and rating agencies.
  • Review and analyze CLO indentures

What will you bring to the role?

As a process-driven individual, you will be the guiding hand as we deliver accurate and timely transactions to Corporate Trust accounts.

Other key responsibilities may include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience specific to producing compliance and waterfall reports for collateral managers.
  • Thorough understanding of CLOs
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing CLO indentures to ensure compliance with transaction terms and legal requirements.
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet established deadlines in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $58,897 - $88,345. This base pay range is specific to Houston, TX and may not be applicable to other locations.
