Relationship Manager
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid) or London (Hybrid)
This is a hybrid position primarily based in either Bristol or Edinburgh. The Relationship Manager will be expected to independently manage large and complex client relationships by effective relationship management techniques while also identifying, capturing, and maximizing all revenue opportunities. The role requires the individual to act as an ambassador for the team within the organization and the main point of contact externally.

A role you will love
Accountable for building and maintaining relationships with large revenue generating client portfolios driving a culture of high performance and quality across the team. The role also requires ability to navigate the organization effectively at all levels while being an ambassador for the team internally and externally. Established and credible relationships with Clients with regular scheduled meetings in place; retain 100% of clients. Upsell and cross sell both in new and existing business.
Key Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager you will be expected to manage client actions and deliver resolutions to issues, through creative solutions and service excellence, meeting your client portfolios expectations and satisfaction.
Other Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and maximize all existing and new revenue opportunities and associated EBITDA Design, develop and deliver professional presentations both internally and externally
• Compile and deliver well-structured financial analysis and costings, identifying trends
• Support colleagues to ensure completion of core governance and procedures to maintain compliance and regulatory responsibilities
• Maintain customer information as required for internal analysis
• Act as a Trustor Advisor/Thought Leader for Relationship Management within the Company, providing subject matter expertise, education, and upskilling to a range of colleagues
• Actively identify opportunities for efficiencies, solutions and synergies within the group and wider business
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for an experienced, client focused candidate with significant commercial experience with a solid understanding of financial concepts, ideally within Plans products and regulation. Commercially focused with business acumen and the ability to recognize openings of profitability and how to best deploy these with new and existing clients. Able to drive business development, quickly getting up to speed with the very specialised nature of our product and marketplace.
You'll be working with numerous stakeholders, and resolving conflicting interests, when necessary, while maintaining the integrity of our product, therefore a natural aptitude for building and managing relationships.

• Solid experience of Risk Management
• Solid experience of Project Management
• Significant Negotiation/ Influencing skills
• Educated to degree level or equivalent (desirable)
• Institute of Chartered Secretaries Association (ICSA) qualified (desirable)
• Travel will be required in this role
