JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)
In this position, you'll be based in Melbourne, Yarra Falls office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. This role has in-office operational requirements and so we're unable to consider employees who wish to continue an existing, fully remote working arrangement.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive accountability within the team by overseeing sprint progress, ensuring successful and timely delivery of Agile projects
- Ensure that all projects are effectively managed and adhere to standard Agile methodologies, promoting best practices for consistent outcomes
- Evaluate how changes to one project may impact overall delivery and communicate these implications to stakeholders
- Proactively identify and remove roadblocks that may delay project outcomes, facilitating seamless progress
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating team members and supporting their professional development
What will you bring to the role?
You will possess the ability to quickly learn and take on new processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in an Enterprise business environment
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- An industry-recognised certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Experienced across multiple project management methodologies - (Waterfall, Agile)
- Skilled in multiple Agile frameworks (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, Confluence or equivalent)
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on motivation and team support. Experience with defect reporting and management
- Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Desired qualifications and skills:
- Knowledge of Communications industry and market is highly regarded
- Understanding of and experience in working in a professional services environment
