This exciting role is your chance to become an integral part of our employee share plan program! Reporting into the SAYE processing Operations Manager, this role involves working on the successful delivery of all activities relating to the SAYE lifecycle, excluding Enrolment and Maturity events, within an employee share plan. This includes the reconciliation and processing of contributions onto EquatePlus, management of plan closures where applicable and the management of the SAYE exercise and allocation process on behalf of employee plan participants across the world.

In addition to these vital processing activities, this role will involve working closely with the Head of Purchases and Operations Manager - SAYE Processing to create streamlined and efficient processes for all SAYE related activity for all clients.

A role you will love

You will assist the Operations Manager in building, implementing, and maintaining streamlined operational processes for all SAYE activity on the EquatePlus, identifying ongoing opportunities for process improvement and ensuring we maintain strict operational discipline with minimal deviation from these processes as the functional area grows. You will gain and maintain strong technical knowledge of all aspects of SAYE activity and provide expert advice and knowledge in your specialist area to the wider business and client base in this area. Responsible for the structured planning, execution and monitoring of tasks and timely completion of all processes assigned to you in line with agreed SLAs.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Timely processing of files relating to demographic information, leaver files and contribution activity.
  • Prompt collection and management of contribution related funds, maintaining strict adherence to the FCA's CASS rules in doing so.
  • Timely execution of the upload of data in-line with the contribution dates agreed with corporate clients on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Timely execution of SAYE exercise, and sales where applicable, in line with the agreed client timings.
  • Where appropriate, develop detailed documentation with respect at to all SAYE related processes and in doing so ensure continued operational control and governance over these processes.
  • Where appropriate, provide regular status updates to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders with respect to SAYE activity.
  • Solve a wide variety of complex customer queries and system demands providing exceptionally high standards of customer service as the subject matter expert in all aspects of the SAYE lifecycle.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience Improving Processes: Prior experience streamlining processes for improved efficiency is a bonus.
  • Financial Services Background: Prior experience experience in financial services is desirable. Prior experience in share plans or financial compensation an advantage.
  • Passionate About Customer Service: You're dedicated to delivering outstanding service to a large and diverse client base.
  • Thrive in Busy Environments: You're comfortable handling significant transaction volumes within complex regulations.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: You excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Effective Communicator: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively conveying ideas to a wide range of audiences.
