Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Lead Product Owner - Zero Trust to join our Computershare Technology Services team.

As the Lead Product Owner of Zero Trust, you will be responsible for leading the organization's strategy and execution in creating, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge digital "Modern workspace" solutions that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and satisfaction while ensuring seamless integration with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and end-user experience, with an equal focus on customer needs and technical innovation. You will also drive the transformation of all aspects of the Zero Trust platform, into a modern, flexible, and user-centric workspace environment across the global organization.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a user-centric global strategy for Zero Trust, continuously aligning solutions with evolving business objectives and user requirements
  • Creating, maintaining, and engaging with comprehensive user personas across the organization to gather insights and ensure Zero Trust solutions meet the specific needs of various user groups
  • Overseeing the implementation and continuous optimization of Zero Trust solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics
  • Establishing and tracking relevant KPIs, analysing data to provide regular reports to stakeholders on the impact and ROI of Zero Trust initiatives
  • Communicating effectively with C-level executives and department heads, translating complex technical concepts into business value and ensuring alignment with overall organizational strategy
  • Staying informed about emerging technologies and trends in the Zero Trust space, evaluating and recommending innovative solutions to enhance security and user experience
  • Developing and implementing change management strategies to drive user adoption of new Zero Trust solutions, overseeing the creation and delivery of effective training programs
  • Selecting and managing relationships with key vendors and partners, ensuring optimal service delivery and support from external providers
  • Managing the global budget for Zero Trust initiatives, allocating resources effectively across projects and operations
  • Leading and mentoring a global team of Zero Trust technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity

What will you bring to the role?

  • Deep Knowledge of Zscaler and Network Security: Proficiency in Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), network security principles, and Zero Trust models
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), SaaS applications, and endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune
  • Strong analytical skills diagnosing and resolving issues and optimizing performance of Zscaler solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, lead cross-functional teams, and apply agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions and develop product roadmaps
