Computershare have a very exciting opportunity for an IT Portfolio Analyst to join our team in Bristol or Edinburgh on a part time basis.

A role you will love
Based at either our Bristol or Edinburgh offices, Computershare Technology Services (CTS) is seeking a talented IT Portfolio Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative Plans IT team. In this role you will be creating reports based on data from various sources, manages project resources, and facilitates communication between project teams and stakeholders.
The role involves supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT development projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Some key responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data from Jira, Confluence, Teams, and Excel to identify trends and provide actionable insights with standardised data sets and visualizations.
- Create and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT development projects.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, project / programme status reporting, schedules, and risk logs.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management, up to and including exec management
What will you bring to the role?

You will be working with stakeholders across the technology team, so communication will be key. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with people on an exceptional level.
Key skills; Here's what we're looking for:
- Extensive knowledge of Excel.
- Experience or knowledge of Power BI & Power Query.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in written format.
