A role you will love

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager specializing in new IT office builds and office refabrications to oversee and manage the planning, design, set-up and implementation of IT infrastructure in new office spaces for Computershare globally. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and IT services. This role will work in conjunction with the Infrastructure Implementation Manager and the Real-estate/Facilities team.

Other Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT office builds and refabrications, including network setup, hardware installation, software deployment, and IT security implementation.
• Track projects globally requiring reporting for Management that illustrates active projects and roadmap based on knowledge from the Real Estate/Facilitates.
• Define project scope, requirements, and objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed generic global project plans (Playbook), timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals which include adherence to Computershare's CRB, FAR processes.
• Coordinate with global real estate and facilities teams, vendors, service providers, and contractors for procurement, installation, and testing of IT infrastructure.
• Ensure the deployment of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), VoIP systems, cloud services, and security solutions in new office spaces are implemented in the plan and document issues and risks.
• Ensure seamless integration of IT systems with building management systems (BMS), security access controls, and audiovisual setups.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Be called upon to continually update changes in the organization that will require modifications to processes and project plans.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• May be asked to project manage other projects outside this role depending on work demand.

What will you bring to the role?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT office build projects, including network infrastructure, hardware, and software deployment.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT systems.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Flexibility with time due to the global nature of this project.
• A strong leader that can manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors for structured cabling, networking, telephony, and audiovisual solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus points if you have:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar).

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 per year. This base pay range is specific to these locations (Canton, MA and Jersey City, NJ) and may not be applicable to other locations.
