A role you will love

Reporting to the Team Leader, this role involves processing data and documents in accordance with set rules and data protection regulations to achieve on-time delivery of customer orders within strictly measured quality and productivity specifications. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Systematic recording and determination of data (classification/indexing of digitised documents in accordance with rules and regulations)
  • Quality control and improvement of ongoing processes
  • Archive management in accordance with regulations
  • Consideration of the requirements from the project-related work instructions and communication when deviations are detected

What will you bring to the role?

  • Good PC and MS Office skills and handling of printers/scanners
  • Fast typing skills helpful for data entry
  • Ability to work quickly combined with dexterity (paper handling during preparation)
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • High quality awareness
  • Discrete and reliable
  • Organisational talent with a high degree of service orientation and flexibility
  • Ability to work in a team and to carry out the work independently and responsibly
