A role you will love

This role requires you to work alongside our CIS (Computershare Investor Services) business unit. In doing so, you will assist them on CASS, Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty related matters, and where appropriate, help implement improvements.

Within the role, you will undertake tasks such as producing MI for various forums and committees relating to the firms' regulatory requirements under CASS, Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty. You will also be responsible for the review and maintenance of the firms regulatory policies.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Write and maintain CIS CASS and Conduct Risk Policies to ensure they remain up to date
  • Work with central training team and provide content for relevant e-learning and classroom-based learning.
  • Assist with the co-ordination for any external audits.
  • Ensure the CASS Assurance Control Mapping remains up to date.
  • Produce MI for all relevant forums, including CASSFORM and the Conduct Risk & Consumer Duty Forum.
  • Maintain the firms CASS RP via a monthly review.
  • De-migrations are conducted in a compliant manner, involving the review of notifications and conducting of desktop Due Diligence.

What will you bring to the role

We are seeking a proactive, and driven individual; a person who has a strong understanding of the FCA rules along with experience using CASS and Conduct Compliance. We are looking for someone with exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Some other key skills you'll have:

  • Working knowledge of CASS 6 & 7 (Essential)
  • Excel & PowerPoint
  • Analytical - ability to collate data in an easy to read format
  • Working knowledge of financial services
  • Stakeholder management
  • Working knowledge of Consumer Duty & Conduct Risk (Desirable)
